R & Company is pleased to announce its return to Design Miami, December 3–7, with an exceptional presentation of contemporary and historical works. This year’s booth highlights Katie Stout, recipient of the 10th Annual Miami Design District Design Commission, whose project Gargantua’s Thumb will debut throughout the Miami Design District during Miami Art Week and will have a feature booth at Design Miami’s 20th anniversary edition.
R & Company’s booth will also include two distinct presentations by The Haas Brothers and Francesca DiMattio, each presenting in an immersive environment that explores materiality and form representative of contemporary design today. A masterpiece by renowned Brazilian designer José Zanine Caldas—a monumental vinhático wood dining table—will be on view, accompanied by stools by leading ceramicist Hun Chung Lee, known for his exquisitely ornate glazes. Additional highlights include important vessels from Roberto Lugo’s Orange and Black series, recently exhibited at the Princeton University Art Museum, as well as illuminating floor sculptures by Jolie Ngo and Jeff Zimmerman.
